By accessing or using EduHub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. About EduHub

EduHub is an educational platform designed to help high school students, university applicants, and medical students prepare for examinations.

Depending on availability, the App provides:

  • Practice questions, examination simulations, and educational explanations.
  • Educational materials for school-leaving examinations, university entrance examinations, and medical school subjects.
  • Progress tracking, statistics, and saved questions.
  • Community forums and educational discussions.
  • Opportunities to submit questions and educational content.
  • Access to educational assistance and explanations from demonstrators or other contributors.
  • Free and paid features, including optional in-app purchases.

We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features as part of our ongoing development, subject to applicable law and any contractual obligations.

EduHub is an independent educational platform and is not an official examination authority, university, or government service. References to educational institutions or examinations do not imply official affiliation or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the App under applicable laws.

If you are a minor, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the App by minors under their responsibility.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where such activities result from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

You must not sell, transfer, share for unauthorized use, or otherwise misuse your account.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take proportionate action where necessary to protect users and the platform.

3. Educational Content and Accuracy

EduHub provides educational content for learning, revision, examination preparation, and general informational purposes.

We strive to maintain accurate, relevant, and useful educational materials. However, some questions, answers, explanations, and other resources may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

Educational materials may be based on publicly available resources, historical examination questions, user contributions, or other permitted sources.

We do not guarantee that:

  • All questions or answers are completely accurate or up to date.
  • Materials reflect the latest official examination requirements.
  • Specific questions will appear in future examinations.
  • Using EduHub will result in passing an examination or achieving a particular grade.

Users should verify important information against official textbooks, examination syllabuses, university materials, and other authoritative sources.

We welcome reports of incorrect questions, answers, or explanations at support@eduhub-pripreme.com.

4. Medical and Health Information Disclaimer

EduHub includes educational materials relating to medicine, health sciences, and related academic subjects.

Such information is intended strictly for educational purposes and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

EduHub is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Users must not rely on EduHub as a substitute for professional medical judgment or guidance from qualified healthcare professionals.

For personal medical concerns, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

5. User-Generated Content

EduHub may allow users to submit examination questions, forum posts, comments, images, educational materials, or other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your original User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant AlphaBat j.d.o.o. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute within the App, format, and technically adapt that content to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, moderate, and improve EduHub’s services.

This license applies only to rights you are legally entitled to grant. It does not transfer ownership of your content to EduHub.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit your content and that doing so does not violate the rights of third parties.

You must not upload copyrighted textbooks, restricted examination materials, confidential documents, or other protected content without the necessary authorization or another valid legal basis.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

6. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Content

EduHub aims to provide a respectful and safe educational environment.

By using forums and other community features, you agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
  • Publish hateful, abusive, violent, or sexually explicit content.
  • Share content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Groom, exploit, endanger, or otherwise harm minors.
  • Publish another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Upload malware, harmful links, spam, or deceptive advertisements.
  • Publish unlawful content or encourage illegal activity.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Manipulate platform features, community ratings, or user achievements.
  • Use the platform to facilitate academic dishonesty or unauthorized conduct during examinations.
  • Post misleading medical information that could endanger users.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Content involving suspected child exploitation may be removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Users must accept these Terms before submitting content to the App.

7. Content Moderation and Reporting

We reserve the right to review, moderate, restrict, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of our community.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may issue warnings, restrict access to community features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access.

Where appropriate, we may take immediate action against serious violations involving threats, exploitation, harassment, or illegal content.

Users may report suspected violations, abusive behavior, or unlawful content by contacting:

support@eduhub-pripreme.com

Users may also use any reporting or blocking functionality made available within the App.

Reports should identify the relevant content or account and explain the concern.

We will review reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

Users who believe that content or an account has been restricted incorrectly may request a review using the same contact address.

We do not guarantee that all User Content will be reviewed before publication.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The EduHub name, branding, software, application interface, original educational explanations, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by AlphaBat j.d.o.o. or their respective rights holders.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use EduHub for lawful personal educational purposes, subject to these Terms and mandatory legal rights.

You may not, without authorization:

  • Copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit substantial portions of EduHub’s protected content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Use automated systems to scrape, extract, or reproduce substantial parts of the question database.
  • Circumvent access restrictions, payment systems, or security mechanisms.
  • Reproduce EduHub’s branding or represent yourself as affiliated with EduHub without permission.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to users by applicable copyright exceptions or other mandatory laws.

9. Free Features, Advertising, and Paid Content

EduHub may offer both free and paid features.

Free versions of the App may contain advertisements displayed by EduHub or third-party advertising providers.

Certain educational materials, question databases, explanations, or additional functionality may require an in-app purchase or subscription.

The specific features, availability, price, duration, and conditions of each paid offering will be displayed before purchase.

Purchasing a digital product grants access according to the applicable purchase terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or educational materials.

We may update the features available in free and paid plans. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. In-App Purchases and Payments

Purchases made through the Android version of EduHub may be processed through Google Play Billing.

Purchases made through the iOS version may be processed through Apple’s App Store payment system.

Your purchase may also be subject to the applicable payment platform’s terms and conditions.

All applicable prices, taxes, billing periods, and material purchase conditions will be presented before you confirm your purchase.

The App may offer one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, or other payment arrangements, as clearly identified at the time of purchase.

A one-time purchase does not automatically renew unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If payment cannot be completed or is subsequently reversed, access to the associated paid content may be restricted or withdrawn, subject to applicable law.

11. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, it will renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

The subscription price, billing frequency, applicable promotional terms, and renewal conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, you can manage or cancel it at:

https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through Apple’s App Store, you can manage or cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or specified by the applicable purchase terms, you generally retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current paid billing period.

Deleting the App or your EduHub account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or Apple.

You are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the applicable payment platform when you no longer wish to renew.

Any subscription changes, price adjustments, or renewals will be handled in accordance with the applicable platform policies and consumer protection requirements.

12. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play or Apple’s App Store may be submitted through the relevant platform or by contacting our support team.

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase, the circumstances of the request, the applicable platform rules, and relevant consumer protection laws.

Consumers may have statutory rights, including rights relating to defective digital content, non-conforming digital services, and withdrawal from certain distance contracts.

For eligible distance purchases, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. Any exception relating to digital content supplied immediately is effective only where all applicable legal conditions have been satisfied, including any required express consent and acknowledgment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under Croatian or European Union law.

For assistance with purchases, contact support@eduhub-pripreme.com.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

EduHub may integrate or interact with third-party services, including payment processors, authentication providers, analytics services, advertising networks, and external educational resources.

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent practices or content of third-party services that we do not control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Users should review the relevant terms before interacting with external services.

14. Availability, Updates, and Technical Requirements

We aim to provide reliable access to EduHub but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The App may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security updates, server problems, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may release updates that introduce new features, improve existing functionality, or address security and technical issues.

Certain features may require an internet connection, supported operating system, or updated version of the App.

We will take reasonable steps to maintain the conformity and security of digital services in accordance with applicable law.

15. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

You may stop using EduHub at any time.

You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

Account deletion instructions and the online deletion request form are available at:

https://eduhub-pripreme.com/delete-account/

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security threats, or other legitimate reasons.

Where appropriate, we will provide information about restrictions and an opportunity to request a review.

Account deletion may result in the loss of saved questions, learning statistics, posts, and other associated account content.

Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by external app stores.

16. Privacy and Personal Data

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal data we process, the purposes of processing, relevant third parties, data retention, security practices, and your rights.

Please review the complete Privacy Policy at:

17. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

EduHub is provided as an educational service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee particular examination results, academic performance, or the completeness and accuracy of all educational materials.

We are not responsible for academic decisions made solely in reliance on content that users should independently verify against authoritative educational sources.

We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

Your statutory rights regarding digital content and digital services remain unaffected.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, security practices, or operational procedures.

When material changes are made, we will provide appropriate notice through the App, website, email, or another suitable communication channel.

The updated Terms will indicate their effective or last updated date.

Material changes affecting existing consumer contracts will take effect only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with revised Terms, you may stop using the App and request account deletion. Any applicable rights regarding ongoing paid services remain unaffected.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from exercising rights or seeking remedies before competent courts or authorities as provided by applicable law.

If you have a complaint, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Written consumer complaints may be sent to:

support@eduhub-pripreme.com

We will respond to written consumer complaints within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable Croatian consumer protection legislation.

Consumers may also seek available alternative dispute resolution procedures or contact the relevant consumer protection authorities.
